Terms of service

Diagnostic fee

A visit costs $129, flat. It covers travel, inspection and a diagnosis. If you authorise the repair, the fee is credited in full toward it. If you do not, the fee stands and you keep the written diagnosis.

Estimates

You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labour is billed. If the fault turns out to be different from what the estimate assumed once a panel is off, work stops and you get a revised number before it resumes.

Parts and warranty

Genuine OEM parts only. 90 days on labour and 365 days on parts, from the date of the invoice. The warranty covers the part fitted and the labour to fit it. It does not cover a different fault, damage from misuse, or work carried out by anyone else afterwards.

Access and cancellation

Someone over 18 must be present for the appointment, and the appliance must be accessible. Cancellations are free with reasonable notice; a visit that cannot proceed because nobody is home is billable at the diagnostic rate.

Trademarks and independence

Wolf is a trademark of Sub-Zero Group, Inc. It is used on this site only to identify the appliances Coquina Hearth Service repairs, which is what trademark law calls nominative use. No manufacturer logo, typeface or colour scheme appears anywhere on this site.

Coquina Hearth Service is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Wolf or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.
