These pages are static files. There is no advertising pixel, no embedded map, no web font loaded from someone else's server and no cookie set by this site. Your browser makes requests to this domain and to nowhere else.
The hosting provider keeps standard server access logs — IP address, time, requested path, user agent — for a short period, for abuse prevention. We do not build profiles from them.
Calls and bookings: when you tap a phone, text, email or booking link on this site, our own analytics stores the IP address of that visit together with the action, so we can see roughly where requests come from. We keep it for 90 days, use it for nothing else, and never sell or share it.
Visit recordings: this site also uses PostHog, a service of PostHog Inc. in the United States, to see how visitors use it. Its script is served from this domain, and what it records is passed on from here to PostHog. It records the pages you view, where you click and how far you scroll, your device and browser type, page-speed measurements, and a replay of the visit in which anything typed into a field is hidden. It sets no cookies; its session data stays in the storage of your open browser tab and is cleared when the tab closes. PostHog receives your IP address, keeps it with this data and uses it to estimate your approximate location. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded. We use it only to improve this site and never sell it; PostHog keeps recordings for 30 days and other usage data for up to one year.
When you contact us
When you call, we keep what you tell us: name, address of the appliance, phone number, and notes about the fault and the repair. We keep it because a repair history is useful the next time the same appliance misbehaves, and because tax records require it.
We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who is not carrying out your repair or processing your payment.
Asking for a copy or a deletion
Call +1 (904) 478-8963 and ask — that is the same line that books work. Where the law lets us delete records rather than retain them, we will.
Changes
If this policy changes, the changed version replaces this page. Coquina Hearth Service does not keep a separate archive of old versions.
