## What it covers

- The part we fitted, if it fails within its warranty period.
- The labour to remove the failed part and fit its replacement.
- A return visit for the same fault inside the labour window, not billed again.
- Diagnosis of the returning fault, at no further diagnostic fee.

## What it excludes

- A different fault in the same appliance. That is a new visit and a new diagnostic.
- Damage from misuse, an unstable supply, water ingress or an impact after the repair.
- Consumable and wear items: lamps, filters, gaskets degraded by cleaning chemicals, batteries.
- Anything disturbed, adjusted or opened by somebody else after we left.
- Damage that accrued because a maintenance routine the appliance asks for was not run — filters, cleaning cycles, vent paths.
- The appliance as a whole. We warrant our work, not the machine.
