## What the $129 diagnostic includes

- Travel anywhere inside the normal service area.
- Time on site to isolate the fault, however long that takes.
- Measurement rather than assumption: pressures, resistances, continuity, temperatures.
- A written diagnosis naming the failed component and the part number.
- A written estimate for the repair, if a repair is worth doing.

## What it does not include

- Parts. Those are quoted separately, at the price on the estimate.
- The labour to fit them, which is also on the estimate before you agree to it.
- Work on any appliance made by someone other than the one manufacturer we service.
- Anything outside the appliance: cabinetry, gas supply beyond the connection, house wiring, ducting runs inside a wall.

## After the diagnosis

If the repair goes ahead, the diagnostic comes off the bill. If it does not, you keep the written diagnosis naming the failed component and the part number. 90 days on labour, 365 days on parts, genuine OEM parts only.
