# How a repair visit works

Four steps, no surprises, and a number on paper before a part is ordered.

## The four steps

1. **You describe the symptom.** Model and serial number if you can find them, and what changed. Half of what we need is in the sentence before "and then it stopped".
2. **Flat diagnostic.** $129, one fee, whatever the appliance and however long the fault takes to isolate. It is credited in full toward the repair if you go ahead.
3. **A written estimate.** Parts, labour and lead time, in writing, before anything is ordered. You are free to stop there; the diagnostic still bought you a real answer.
4. **The repair.** Genuine OEM parts. 90 days on labour, 365 days on parts. If the same fault returns inside the labour window, the return visit is not billed.

## What the fee buys

- Travel anywhere inside the normal service area.
- Time on site to isolate the fault, however long that takes.
- Measurement rather than assumption: pressures, resistances, continuity, temperatures.
- A written diagnosis naming the failed component and the part number.
- A written estimate for the repair, if a repair is worth doing.
